Terms of Service

2025

✧ I do have the right to accept / decline commission .

✧ I will send the final product via EMAIL.

✧ Refund will only be given for commission that has no progress in 2 MONTHS.

✧ Turn around time is 1-2 months*.

✧ If there is an urgent matter, please send me a message/email with [URGENT] in the beginning of the chat/email head.

✧ Please be patient with me, I'm a very slow artist so I'll appreciated if you’re willing to wait.

✧ If you're interested on Commissioning me, please Email me at reireich20@gmail.com .

✧ If you have any question or inquiries about my commission please send me email .

✧ Payment currency is IDR and USD. Please notify me for IDR payment from local bank transfer ($1 = IDR12K).

✧ Payment via invoice with business option only.

✧ Commission will start after payment (either half and half / full payment).

✧ Commission through Vgen will be done with SKEB / Omakase style (no revision)

✧ For commission with deadline please notify me at least a month before the payment date, any order with less time than that will be charged with rush fee.

✧ Commission final file that has been send via email is considered finished job and cannot be revised (except if i’m the one who make a mistake on the file / render).

✧ Commercial and Company project could be discussed on reireich20@gmail.com.

Commercial Use

Tier A

Indie Vtuber (non company)

Social media thumbnail, icon, music cover & promotional purpose (digital)

+75% of total order price

Tier B

Indie Vtuber (indie company)

Social media thumbnail, icon, music cover & promotional purpose (digital)

+90% of total order price

Tier C

Company + Commercial Use

Social media thumbnail, icon, music cover & promotional purpose & merchandise

x2-3 of total order price

(depends on the contract)

✧ Private commission + 90% total order, delayed post commission is not counted as private commission.

✧ Separated layer for cover video (hands, hair, clothes, acc, etc.) start at 20$+ depends on the complexity

Copyright

✧ I DO have the right to publish my art on any website that I want as portfolio (except for private and commercial commission if it said on the contract).

✧ You ( as the commissioner ) DO have the right to publish / upload your commissioned art from me to any website (credit is not needed but very appreciated).

✧ You (as the commissioner) DO have the right to edit / render the piece that you bought from me (I would prefer if you inform me first if you did).

✧ You (as the commissioner) DON'T have any right to use your commissioned art as commercial object on Non-commercial commission.

✧ Other people beside you ( as the commissioner ) and me DON'T have any right to publish/upload my art to other website unless they have my/commissioner permission.
